The Scientific Award of "The Philosophy in Practice" 2019
Dr. Emilia Kaczmarek (Institute Philosophy of the University of Warsaw) received the Scientific Award of "The Philosophy in Practice" (Filozofia w Praktyce) for the paper "How to distinguish medicalization from over-medicalization?" published in "Medicine, Health Care and Philosophy".
The Interdysciplinary Centre for Ethics at the Jagiellonian University (the publisher of the popular science journal "Philosophy in Practice") with Polish Bioethics Society awarded Dr. Emilia Kaczmarek for her paper "How to distinguish medicalization from over-medicalization?" published in Medicine, Health Care and Philosophy. Emilia Kaczmarek will present her paper on Tuesday, 18 June 2019 in the Institute of Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, ul. Grodzka 52 room 25.
