While Revati Shivnekar finds herself in the Interdisciplinary Centre for Ethics now, she completed her doctorate in Cognitive Science, focusing on empirical research. She is interested in understanding how people's phenomenological experience of conflict influences the decisions they make, especially in situations that are difficult to judge. At INCET, Revati is working on the Ignorance of Law project, where she is investigating when and to what degree people tend to excuse not knowing a law.
