Abstrakt

People often say " I didn't know" as a way to claim not being responsible for certain negative consequences. Why do we sometimes take this as a valid point, but sometimes still find ignorant people responsible? I will talk about different factors that influence our moral judgments and discuss what cognitive processes may lie behind it.
